Savannah Drafting, with excellence, all case documents, including Complaints, Answers, Motions, Responses, Leaves of Absences, Conflict Notices, Rule Nisis, Settlement Agreements, Parenting Plans, Child Support Worksheets, Orders, Final Judgments and post-judgment duties such as Quitclaim Deeds and Income Deduction Orders
Organizing and completing service of process , even on difficult and evasive opposing parties.
Submitting documents to the court (e-file, email, arranging for hand delivery), effecting service to other parties and indexing documents in the case file
Engaging in the Discovery process, such as drafting discovery requests and responses, speaking with clients to obtain responsive documents and working with our systems for categorizing and organizing all discovery documents
