Job DetailsWe are seeking a Office Manager to join our team!
This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our electrical services company.
Responsibilities
  • Data entry, scheduling, and project management.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll.
  • Coordinate with engineers and various departments at town hall for permitting and inspections.
  • Manage scheduling for service appointments and project timelines.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and physically.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, bookkeeping and project management a plus.
  • Proficiency with Buildertrend software preferred, or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with electrical services or construction industry a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in administration or related field preferred.
