We are an AmLaw 50 seeking an IP Legal Billing Professional. Are you a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a knack for legal billing and intellectual property laws?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Permanent IP Legal Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This hybrid role will allow you to work both remotely and in-office, providing you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

Responsibilities :
As a Permanent IP Legal Billing Coordinator, your role will be multifaceted and essential to our organization. Your responsibilities will include :
1. Overseeing all aspects of intellectual property billing, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with client guidelines.
2. Partnering with attorneys to review and edit pre-bills, making any necessary changes or adjustments.
3. Managing Work-In-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (A / R) inventory reporting.
4. Coordinating with various departments to resolve billing issues and inquiries.
5. Implementing and maintaining billing schedules.
6. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
7. Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Permanent IP Legal Billing Coordinator role will have the following qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal billing, specifically in intellectual property.
2. Proven experience in WIP and A / R inventory reporting.
3. Strong ability to partner effectively with attorneys and other key stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
