Position Overview: As the Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians in the upkeep and repair of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet production schedules and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, sanitation, and quality assurance, to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Production and Facilities maintenance repairs and upgrades; additional technical education or certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance supervisor with a strong understanding of mechanical electrical and building systems, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices and experience developing and implementing maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols, with a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on quality and productivity.
