Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Manager:
The Senior Tax Manager will be reporting to the VP of Finance and will oversee tax related functions within the organization.

• Preparation, compilation and filing of partnership returns.
• Oversight of third party tax consulting firms and review of their submissions
• Researching and advising on various tax matters (primary focus will be on Sub-Chapter K partnership taxation)
• Monitoring partner capital accounts, both inside and outside basis
• Investigation and reporting of accounting discrepancies

Qualifications of the Senior Tax Manager:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 2 - 6 years of experience in partnership taxes
• Strong communication skills
• CPA a
