Job Summary

The Controls Engineer will be responsible for developing programming and providing support for Programmable Logic Controllers, robots, and Panel Views to maximize both quality and production. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing new and supporting old programming using RS Logix 5000, Factory Talk ME, My SQL, Ignition, OPC, and RS Logix 500.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop programming and provide support for Programmable Logic Controllers, robots, and Panel Views to maximize both quality and production.
• Develop new and support old programming using RS Logix 5000, Factory Talk ME, My SQL, Ignition, OPC, and RS Logix 500.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls engineering.
• Strong programming skills in RS Logix 5000, Factory Talk ME, My SQL, Ignition, OPC, and RS Logix 500.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers, robots, and Panel Views.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
