Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties, including bookkeeping and tax return preparation. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and prior experience in tax preparation. Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
• Manage general ledger
• Handle after the fact payroll processing and review.
• Analyze financial information.
• Assist with tax preparations and filings (corporate & individual).
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of accounting, tax preparation experience.
• Proficient in accounting & tax software, Lacerte a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
