Position: IT Director, Portfolio & Program Management

Responsibilities:

• People/Talent Leadership: Lead and empower diverse teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Champion talent development and effective communication.
• Operational Leadership: Drive organizational agility, fostering creativity and resilience. Ensure robust IT environments while prioritizing human-centered operational experiences.
• Financial Leadership: Strategically manage budgets and procurement processes, prioritizing value creation and fiscal discipline.
• Technical Leadership: Demonstrate expertise and drive technological value, influencing change and sharing knowledge within the organization.
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align IT initiatives with business objectives, while envisioning and planning for the future.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in related disciplines.
• 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in managerial roles.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and advanced technical knowledge.
• Strong project, process, and financial management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with exceptional organizational abilities.
