Job Summary
JND Mechanical is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to help the Service Department. You should be comfortable processing service requests, ordering and tracking inventory and parts for service. No weekends or On Call rotation.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, intellectually curious individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Handles inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Create work orders for Service Calls.
• Update Warranty Service Call Tracker.
• Order and track inventory.
• Order and Schedule Part installations.
• Submit warranty claims to the manufacturer using each vendor's process, web sites and tools to complete the claims accurately.
• Ensures invoicing is processed accurately.
• Monthly inventory data entry.
• Update and maintain accuracy with all parts and inventory pricing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably 1 years of experience in related field, but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• QB Experience Required
• Positive, high-energy attitude.
• Basic MS Word & Excel
• Basic Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Self Starter
• Problem Solver
