Named for the bird, Starling, the restaurant will draw inspiration from its global migratory nature and symbol of vitality. Embracing the community, Starling aims to provide Edina with a neighborhood eatery. Starling will serve a cross-continental menu of dishes influenced by the Americas, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia.

Location: 4917 Eden Avenue UNIT 121, Edina MN, 55424 in the NEW Maison Green luxury apartment building (Starling will open on the main floor facing highway 100).

Parking: Park in the lot facing highway 100, west wide of the building, or street parking

Entrance: Follow the signage to the side entrance or enter the main Maison Green entrance. We will be there to greet you!
