We are looking for a position as Warehouse Manager within our Operations Team. This role is to manage and support the company's growth strategy to implement assembly of engineering turn-key systems as well as manage inventory received and shipped from our location.
Main job responsibilities:
Work with Operations staff to handle inventory issues as they arise.

- Assist in the development and implementation of a management system to track jobs, time, and resources throughout the warehouse.
- Assist warehouse employees with projects when necessary.
- Make use of existing/future tools to manage inventory and manufacturing workflow using P21 (ERP system) and other pertinent systems.
- Act as liaison between Sales, Engineering, and Adams Leadership to prioritize build projects.
- Manage and implement warehouse improvement projects (Cleaning up inventory, optimizing workspace, implementation of new technology)
- Manage talent acquisition and performance reviews with the support of Manager of Operations.
- Manage day to day tasks for warehouse employees including shipping & receiving, build staff and occasional contractors.
- Ensure employees complete assigned tasks in an efficient manner.
- Support staff as needed with light building activities. This is a working management position.
- Manage safe practices such as OSHA.
The Warehouse/Inventory Manager position requires the following credentials.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse and/or inventory experience
- Previous management experience
- Previous experience with an ERP system
- Experience with P21 ERP system a plus but not required.
