Major West Jacksonville Manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting teams. The ideal candidate will have (Mandarin) 3-5 of Manufacturing Engineering experience, be fluent in Chinese and have great communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Westside of Jacksonville, FL
Pay Range: $28 DOE
What's the Job?

• Act as a subject matter expert for a group of 5-10 machines/manual workstations on a high-speed assembly line.
• Coordinate communication with all foreign vendors and other outside resources provided by JInko HQ in China relevant to your group.
• Conduct operate certification as needed after production team training is complete.
• Respond to the daily MDI(Manage Daily improvements) meetings and work to reduce the effect of machines or manuals stations that are the current bottlenecks lowering daily output
• Participate in daily MRB(Material Review Board) process and provide root cause analysis and corrective action to reduce the top 3 daily quality issues.

What's Needed?

• Must be Bilingual Chinese/English
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a STEM related field.
• Experience (3 years) in high-speed assembly line/Manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting complex machinery/robotics applications
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus
