Job Summary :

Webb Ford, located in Highland, Indiana, is seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Pick up and Delivery Driver.

This individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles between our dealership and customer locations.

This is a customer-facing role and requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

The position is a part time, hourly role in the auto industry with a pay range from $12 to $15 per hour, paid weekly.

Compensation & Benefits :

We offer competitive compensation rates starting at $12 per hour, with potential to earn up to $15 per hour based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities :

• Pick up and deliver vehicles between dealership and customer locations in a timely and safe manner
• Greet customers with a positive and professional demeanor
• Follow designated driving routes to ensure timely delivery of vehicles
• Keep accurate records of pick up and delivery schedules and mileage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the delivery vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience and knowledge of safe driving practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible availability, with potential to stay over if needed on occasion
