We are a small Wing & Philly restaurant and bar located in Snellville. We also sell beer and have live music on Fridays. We strive to ensure that our employees earn tips as well as hourly wages.
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling transactions accurately and efficiently. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required
- Strong command of the English language; bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control is beneficial
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
