JFC Global has a new opportunity available for a 2 nd Shift Production Supervisor. We are seeking an outgoing individual, with the ability to provide guidance and leadership to production staff. This is an excellent opportunity to further advance their experience in supervision and operations within a stable manufacturing client.

Job Responsibilities:
Schedule employees for daily productions as directed by Production Manager
Instruct team members to rework tasks when necessary while providing guidance
Provide training to new and existing employees while emphasizing safety and operational procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and quality standards
Adjust priorities and make task changes as necessary

Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma
Experience in leading or managing people
Ability to communicate effectively in difficult situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
