Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced Civil Construction Superintendent - to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have a background in site development - Grading/ Underground utilities - Piping.

Excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Manage and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process
- Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop and maintain project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and managing change orders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all workers
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of workers
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols on-site
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
