We are hiring Men (to support men) and Women.

Training STIPEND is provided. $14-$16 p/hr. based on experience, PTO, and retirement savings plan.

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide support services to Individuals with Autism and Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.

DSP's will assist Individuals throughout their day. This includes personal care (ADLs), cooking, light cleaning, and engaging in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and engage Individuals with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with Individuals and families for the best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy comfortable, and safe living environment
• Assist with medication administration
• Keep composure in challenging situations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma /GED
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Valid Drivers License A PLUS
• Experience in personal care or other related field is A PLUS
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Able to follow basic policy and procedures
• Able to work collectively in a team environment
• Able to build rapport with individuals and co-workers
• Good written and verbal skills
• Communicate effectively in a team environment
• Punctuality and dependability are A MUST
