You will support in managing rent increases, occupancy level, customer satisfaction, management reviews, inspections, etc. You will also be utilizing your leasing, hospitality and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should support in fostering an inclusive working environment to strengthen relationships with residents, owners, customers and employees. Relying on solid communication and a deep understanding of the values and needs of all those involved. Apartment industry experience is required. Section 42 tax credit experience is preferred. Schedule Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM rotation. May have to work holidays.
