Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

•  Communicate professionally with clients in order to establish trust.
•  Communicate with the team to exceed customer expectations.
•  Provide clear feedback to all parties involved in each project.
•  Continually monitor procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
•  Perform assigned remodeling tasks at both commercial and residential worksites.
•  Establish and maintain research that yields optimum results.
•  Lead crew and model Molinari Pools core values.
•  Mix mortar, plaster, and grout manually or using machines in accordance with required standard formulas.
•  Cut materials in specific sizes for installation of tile at worksites.
•  Transport and maintain machines and tools in accordance with required safety standards.
