The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget adhering to the company's goals and vision. The Construction Project Managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire project.

* Determine and define project scope and objectives. Determine resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Track project costs to meet budget.

* Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Monitor progress and adjust as needed. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

* Manage workflow and priorities across assigned projects, ensuring timely communication, visibility to budget, project schedules, dependencies, and potential risks to deliverables throughout the project management lifecycle.

* Inform leadership of emerging risks in a timely manner including proposed mitigation plans.

* Manage contracts with contractors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
