Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:

Bachelorrsquo;s degree; Masterrsquo;s degree preferred.
AND

Experience:

Three to five years of experience in higher education enrollment management is preferred. Experience in reporting and data analysis highly preferred.

Job Summary

The Associate Director of Enrollment Reporting amp; Data Analytics is a key member of the Office of Enrollment Managementrsquo;s Enrollment Technology amp; Data Analytics team and will play a contributing role in survey development and the collection, analysis, and reporting of data in order to inform strategic decision making. The Associate Director will work closely with the AVP for Enrollment Technology amp; Data Analytics and other members of the team to develop and implement reporting and analytic priorities for the division.

Essential Functions

  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Collaborate with the design, execution, and maintenance of customized reports and surveys tailored to the needs of stakeholders using Enrollment Managementrsquo;s relational database Slate.
  • Utilize tools such as Tableau and Excel to develop dashboards, tables, and visualizations of data to support decision making and reporting of KPIs.
  • Review reports for accuracy, with a high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to clean, transform, and integrate data as required to deliver information.
  • Review data from multiple angles and offer key findings and insights, both verbally and in writing.
  • Assist with the development and implement a plan for report maintenance, improvement, and enhancement.
  • Monitor the workflow of reports and information requests; delegate tasks as appropriate reviewing work to ensure accuracy.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required):

  • Knowledge and experience using institutional platforms and reporting tools including Slate, Tableau, Excel is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience querying, processing, transforming, analyzing and reporting on large data sets.
  • Knowledge of enrollment management functions, trends, challenges, business processes, and KPIs.
