• Student Leaders work in the Office of Admissions to provide support and promote the various functions of the College, including the recruitment and retention of students.
• Work approximately 16 hours a week, usually Monday – Friday, with occasional evening or Saturday hours required.
• Interact with students, faculty, and staff across the campus.
• Organize and conduct campus tours.
• Assist the Office of Admissions with recruitment initiatives and marketing/social media campaigns.
• Work at the front counter and assist with general admissions processes such as answering the phone, filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Work at Student Services events.
• Attend relevant trainings and meetings.
• Fulfill duties as needed in the Office of Admissions.

• Be in good standing with the College and community.
• Strong desire to learn and participate in student leadership activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to provide leadership and guidance.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in small groups.
• Open to learning new skills.
• Prior participation in a student organization or activity preferred.
• 2.5 cumulative gpa required to maintain the position.
