JBS USA is Hiring a Harvest Supervisor _ A Shift Near Greeley, CO
- Manage and supervise hourly employees
- Responsible for the motivation and safety of those employees under their supervision
- Prepares pre-operational paperwork
- Ensures area is properly staffed/crewed to meet operational needs
- Coach and develop employees to obtain results
- Responsible formeeting volume goals, reducing claims, maximizing yields, reducing cost, and employee retention
- Maintainsgood working relationships with the Union, USDA, and maintenance employees.
- Manages job changes/rotations
- Ability to communicate in English
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required
- 1-2 years proven supervisory experience; preferably in a manufacturing or productionenvironment but not required
- Ability to work 50 hours
- People management skills
- Must able to work in extreme temperatures
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
- Base salary range of $58,800 - $78,000
- This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
