Crown Packaging is Hiring a Production Associate I 3rd Shift Near Loudon, TN
- Follow all Crown Packaging safety and health rules and regulations, and wear or use required protective equipment while working. Report hazardous conditions to the employer. Report any job-related injury or illness to the supervisor or manager and seek treatment promptly.
- Follow directions from Production Supervisor, Assistant Production Supervisor and Production Associate II and III.
- Work efficiently with other members of the line. When working alone, organize work and work area efficiently.
- Package product consistently in accordance with work instructions. (Seal, label, and box placement) Demonstrate understanding of the packaging process.
- Maintain pace to ensure orders will be completed on time.
- Meet productivity standards.
- Perform work assignments timely and accurately.
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to work wherever assigned
- Consistently follow procedures for scanning vendor labels
- Consistently at work and on time.
- Must be able to stand 8-10 hours a day constantly. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitors on quality to ensure good quality to ensure good quality.
- Able to meet all mandatory training for position.
- Demonstrate ability to meet productivity standards.
- Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
- Follows instructions responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; works overtime when required.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time.
