Sales Representative
Description At NexTitle, we are setting a new industry standard with proprietary NEXT-generation Title & Escrow systems that provide turn-times, plus superior customer support and systems integration. We also understand our clients need to access property information on their schedule, which isnt always 8-5, so were developing 24/7 access to those resources through traditional and mobile-based web applications.

As a Sales Representative you will be tasked with helping to grow our market share throughout the Pacific Northwest. You will achieve superior results by applying a systematic sales approach which consistently grows business relationships with real estate agents, lenders and builders in their territories. This role has great impact not only to our business but as a subject matter expert in the industry. Come be a part of something really exciting.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Acquire business through new real estate agent, lender and builder relationships;
Daily travel to build relationships with clients, conduct product demos and attend events;
Support a territory that is strategically building relationships and a strong partner in the market;
Actively contributing to the value of our brand by setting an example of how we do business differently.
Requirements
**REQUIREMENTS:**
3-5 years of outside sales experience and a track record of high performance
Experience working in the real estate industry (real estate broker, lender, title insurance, builder, home warranty)
Strong technology; including the MS Office Suite, various industry-specific applications
Understanding of a collaborative CRM such as Zoho
Strong organizational and time-management
Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
Disciplined, reliable and responsible self-starter that appreciates autonomy to run their business

**Language Skills:**
Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to write and speak effectively. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
**Mathematical Ability:**
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
**Reasoning Ability:**
Ability to quickly assimilate oral and written data to analyze facts and draw logical conclusions. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
**Computer Skills:**
High level of proficiency with computers, software including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other technology.
