Dreier Family Dental is an established, state-of-the-art, private, general dentistry practice, and is currently seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team.

• Has the ability to maintain a current license/certification in Wisconsin.
• Has experience taking and recording dental histories and patient records and documenting areas of failure, both periodontally and restoratively, to facilitate the dentist’s diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
• Has a thorough understanding of how to remove hard and soft deposits from teeth and examine oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease.
• Can readily instruct and educate patients in oral hygiene, provide preventative dental care, take and develop X-rays, and apply fluoride or sealants
• Helps maintain patient flow, keeping treatment rooms neat and organized
• Is willing to abide by the practice’s protocols for patient care, room set up, and equipment sterilization
• Is articulate, service-oriented, and has great eye/hand coordination in order to provide gentle and thorough hygiene care to our patients
• Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Prioritizes patient rapport and outstanding customer service
• Shows a strong respect for all coworkers, regardless of position

• Associate’s Degree from an ADA accredited dental hygienist school
• Current state licensure
• Preferably one year of dental hygiene experience
• Certified in anesthesia and/or sedation
• Strong organizational and administrative skills – you see what needs to be done and do it
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others
• Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone
