Our firm is seeking 2nd-3rd year associates with experience in private equity and leveraged buyout transactions to join its Private Equity practice in Boston. This is a unique opportunity for candidates to join a leading practice and gain exposure to a wide breadth of private equity transactions. Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar (or be eligible to waive in) and be in good standing. Law firm experience and outstanding academic credentials are required. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $260,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
