We're seeking an operationally savvy & team-oriented General Manager to join our team & help make this New Store launch as successful as it can be!

**What you'll do:**

* Set the tone in the caf & bring energy in everything you do while inspiring your team to do the same

* Responsible for the overall profitability of the store by managing your P&L; achieving sales , cost of goods, and labor targets.

* Drive the sales, efficiency and hospitality in the caf with a high performing team, quality food & a beautiful store environment

* Always encourage development amongst your team by having conversations and reviews with teammates

* Lead by example and set the bar for Health & Safety and ServSafe compliance for your store

* Plays an active role in the community through engagement and fulfilment of our value proposition in your neighborhood

**Who you are:**

* You have a minimum 2 years' experience as a manager in a quick service or full-service restaurant or a minimum 3 years' experience as a Team Captain

* You have worked in various roles in hospitality, have a passion for service and understand what is needed to provide a high level of hospitality

* You can run a full restaurant with skills and experience in front of house & back of house

* You have proven achievement of key performance indicators and can articulate which key actions you implemented to drive performance.

* You can lead and deliver a high performance team environment

* You are organized and detail-oriented & strong interpersonal and communication skills
