- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative OR culinary/ restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Displays professionalism, a good work ethic, and is accountable for one's actions
- Act in an ethical manner and treat team members, customers, vendors, and visitors with respect
- Is adaptable to a changing environment
- Must be a team player and able to work harmoniously and effectively with others and perform well under pressure
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to anticipate, plan for the future, and realign priorities quickly when dealing with unanticipated events
- Polished presenter, comfortable presenting and using technology in front of large audiences
- Relentless positive energy
- Highly developed communication (verbal and written) and listening skills
- Ability to drive self
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass all screens
- Willing to work additional hours, holidays and weekends as requested
- Willing to frequently travel to customers locations and company locations
- Available for questions and problem solving outside of normal business hours
