REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Physical Therapist License
- 2 to 12 years of experience in an outpatient setting
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Accurately evaluate and diagnose patients, both physician referrals and direct access
- Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals
- Establish dialogue with our referring providers to facilitate seamless transition of care
- Maintain communication with other service providers (Chiropractors/Acupuncturists/Occupational Therapists) to ensure quality patient care
- Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists
- Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs
