Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM -5:00PM

As a Customer Service Associate, you will join a team of dedicated customer support representatives to help our customers manage their business by providing prompt, accurate and friendly service.
Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, accurate, timely and professional service to our customers
Handle incoming calls and emails for orders, product information, pricing, and order issues effectively and accurately
Explore alternative ways of obtaining and shipping material to meet the customer's deadlines
Promote Jaeckle's value to prospects and customers
Solicit sale of new or additional products
Offer new ideas to improve processes and service

Requirements
Requirements:

Have 1-2 years of consecutive, proven customer service and/or inside sales experience
Possess excellent communication and inquiry skills to determine the customer's needs
Possess strong comprehension, problem solving, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Confident in decision making
Be detail oriented and produce accurate work
Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
Ability to build new customer relationships while maintaining current ones
Be a team player
Strong keyboarding and computer skills. Ideally 45 WPM or more would be a plus
