Role Overview: The Jacques Marie Mage Gallery Director, reporting to the Multi-Unit Store Director, has the mission to create a culture of service and excellence. With a passion for people development and leadership, you will be responsible for coaching and developing highly motivated, trained, and engaged teams by providing regular feedback on their personal growth to drive their careers at Jacques Marie Mage further. Ideally, you will have previously worked in the renowned premium or luxury retail environment, with a passion for being present on the sales floor, where you thrive on having first-hand contact with both the team and our clients. Your responsibilities are - but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: DELIVERY OF PERFORMANCE & KPI'S
Lead by example to foster growth and development of retail teams to achieve Gallery goals
Ensure daily Policy & Procedures and checklists are being adhered to
Strategic business analysis supported by weekly and monthly reporting to achieve results
Elevate and nurture existing client relationships to drive retention and repeat experiences
Establish and build the client base through new client recruitment and networking
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Drive performance through client experience & CRM
Ensure consistent delivery of client experience
Strategic planning to ensure completion of CRM initiatives
Established appointment based business >30%
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Ensure operational excellence standards are adhered to
Gallery maintenance and aesthetic is consistently maintained
Manage T&A, scheduling, and payroll
TEAM DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING
Maintain and ignite a positive team culture within the Gallery
Ensure the team consistently represents JMM as a brand ambassador
Exude brand and product knowledge through storytelling
Identify key areas for improvement and development
Celebrate wins and successes
Key Requirements:
3-5 years store management experience
Experience in a luxury environment
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Shopify
Impeccable speaking and communication skills
Maintains an entrepreneurial spirit and mentorship mentality
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Experience working in a client based business
Language : Mandarin is a plus
ABOC License (CA) is a plus
