We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Contracts & Subcontracts Managerto join the team with our Business Management Office.

The Deputy Contracts & Subcontracts Manager will:

• Deputy Contracts & Subcontracts Manager shall perform as a leader for the procurement staff ensuring that procurement actions adhere to federal acquisition procedures and company policies and procedures from initiation through final close out.
• Perform other duties as required

Here’s what you’ll need:

Requisition Qualifications:

• Typically requires a BS degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years related experience, or MS degree and 8 years related experience or Ph.D. and 4 years of related experience. Requires demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by prior supervisory experience.Must be able to effectively communicate with others.

Requisition Preferences:

• Knowledge of the FAR, enterprise management systems, strong leadership and communication skills

Essential Functions

Work Environment

Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).

Equipment and Machines

Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, printer, etc.).

Attendance

Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
