JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems design and implementation, particularly in commercial tenant fit-outs, shell buildings, and trade integration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering MEP solutions, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

• Manage MEP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate MEP activities with other disciplines.

Design and Documentation:

• Develop MEP system designs, specifications, and drawings for tenant fit-outs and shell buildings as well as various other projects that require MEP solutions.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and as-built drawings.

Trade Integration:

• Facilitate seamless integration of various MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compatibility and efficient operation.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure MEP systems meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP system issues during and after installation.

Client Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on MEP solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, addressing concerns and providing project updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering degree.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in MEP engineering projects, both commercial and residential.
• Proficiency in relevant MEP design software, REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
