Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Warranty HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a Home Warranty HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and competitive compensation. We offer Guaranteed base pay Commission

Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure the efficiency of systems
- Respond to emergency service calls to resolve system failures
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall system performance
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role***
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and design plans
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use various tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
