THE SACK COMPANY is Hiring an Electrical Estimator Near Lexington, SC

We are looking for an experienced full-time commercial estimator to join our team in our Lexington, SC office.

  • Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prepare solicitations
  • Develop relationships with vendors
  • Analyzing information, Estimating, Planning, Strategic Planning, Attention to Detail
  • Must be able to meet strict deadlines
  • At least 3 years of estimating experience
  • Degree in construction management or related field a plus

Software used: QuickPen, Bluebeam

Project Management Experience a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
