We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling
-Manage product inventory, maintaining competitive pricing, ensuring product displays are clean, stocked,and priced.
