This position is in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Nelson Baker Biotech is one of the most innovative renewable industry design builders in the upper Midwest.

This is a full-time hourly position that pays $33 - $35 an hour and overtime pay depending on experience.

Normal working hours are 8-5 M-F. You will need to be present in the office at least four days a week but some remote work is possible.

We are looking for a full-time Mechanical Designer with the ability to do 3D piping and equipment models, drafting, designing, and detailing various projects in coordination with our engineers.

• Ideal candidates will have a solid foundation with CAD-based software packages, and a strong aptitude for learning and problem solving.
• Prefer CAD Worx Plant 3D experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Products, Adobe Acrobat Professional or Bluebeam Revu.
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication and technical skills.
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently with minimum instructions and maintain records with a high degree of accuracy.
