I'm working with a client seeking a seasoned, enthusiastic Cyber Claims Examiner II to join our team. This is a permanent role where you will be tasked with managing complex cyber claims from start to finish, providing top-notch service to our clients. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities:
1. Managing a portfolio of complex cyber claims, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
2. Performing thorough investigations of each claim, including the review of relevant documents, interviews with involved parties, and coordination with legal counsel.
3. Determining claim reserves and making appropriate adjustments as necessary.
4. Drafting clear, concise, and professional letters to clients, attorneys, and other involved parties.
5. Participating in mediations and other dispute resolution processes, representing the company's interests.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends and regulations, ensuring our claims handling processes remain compliant and effective.
7. Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement strategies for managing cyber claims.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cyber Claims Examiner, or in a similar role involving cyber claims and claims management.
2. Demonstrated expertise in drafting letters, managing claim reserves, and participating in mediations.
3. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends and regulations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex claims and make sound decisions.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and other involved parties.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple claims simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. A commitment to providing excellent service to our clients, with a focus on maintaining client relationships and resolving claims in a fair and timely manner.
