We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all retail wine and wine club activities
• Organize and book frequent live music
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Work in tandem with the director of events & catering to facilitate events both on and off-site
• Hire, train and manage Front of House staff members according to company policies
• Work in tandem with the beverage director to manage and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis
• Identify and communicate any maintenance issues at it relate to the restaurant and property
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
