Earning Potential:

The earning potential is up to $1000 per client, with a fixed-rate compensation structure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients from a provided cold list.
• Utilize cold calls and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and close deals.
• Promote our two main offers:
  • Main Offer: A six-month recruitment partnership.
  • Downsell Offer: Community and online recruitment marketing.
• Adapt sales strategies to maximize client acquisition and ensure successful deal closures.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff on effective cold acquisition techniques.
• Analyze sales performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Compensation Details:

• Main Offer (preferred):
  • One client per week: $250 per successful close.
  • Two to three clients per week: $500 per successful close.
  • Four or more clients per month: $1,000 per successful close.
• Downsell Offer:
  • $200 commission upon signing the contract.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in cold acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Experience mentoring and training sales teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and recruitment processes is a plus.
