We have a very competitive starting pay plus a shift differential when applicable. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you. The person in this role will tend mills in a safe and efficient manner to grind the raw materials for manufacturing of high-quality printing ink. As an Ink Maker/Ink Tech, you will be responsible for:Following batch instructions to weight batches, charge and mix inksUnderstanding proper mixing procedures and raw materialsMonitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjusting as neededFollowing procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill ratesFollowing procedures to filter, package and label inksMaking QC adjustments as instructedWeighting quantities of raw materials for use in the manufacturing of high quality printing inkOperating one or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner to mix raw materials for the manufacturing of high quality printing inkPackaging the finished productOperating a forkliftQualificationsTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:Have a high school diploma or GED equivalentHave previous manufacturing experience of at least 6 monthsHave forklift experienceBe able to lift up to 50 lbsHave basic math, communications and mechanical skillsBe capable of managing multiple tasksDemonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programsIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:Understanding of 5S workplaceKnowledge of TPMAbility to work 10-hour shiftsAbility to work overtime and on weekendsAdditional InformationWe offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, long-term care, 401(k), and more.
