Job Summary

• Develop relationships with employees, customers, and the community
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality
• Foster an atmosphere of friendliness and fellowship
• Align with and support 1788 Chicken's vision and philosophy
• Coach and develop employees
• Ensure excellent customer experience
• Implement and follow 1788 Chicken's systems and processes
• Manage staffing, inventory, and financial success of the restaurant
• Train new staff and provide continuous training to existing staff
• Support and promote 1788 Chicken's culture and mission
• Achieve financial targets for the store
• Terminate and discipline staff when necessary
• Develop leaders within the restaurant

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years in the restaurant industry
• 3 years of management in the restaurant or equivalent industry with at least 1 year as a General Manager
