Key Areas of Responsibility:
As a member of the Global Professional Development department, the team member is responsible for providing administrative support for the following programs that support the mission, purpose, and vision of IAAPA’s Global Education Department. This individual partners with leadership to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support the strategic vision and direction of the organization, for both current and future business needs.

Overall Responsibilities:
External relations and project management
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, clients, customers, and the public. Multiple language ability is an asset in any role with IAAPA.
Customer Service:
Ability to correspond timely and accurately with internal and external individuals of all levels in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner pertaining to all types of communication, including e-mails, telephone, reports, letters, etc.
