Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and more.
• Assist in crafting compelling and engaging content for digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience insights.
• Assist in maintaining and updating Element5's website and social media profiles.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling client inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
