* Repairs involving plumbing components/systems, electrical, drywall and painting, HVAC systems, furnishings, and equipment.* Maintain and repair equipment following department safety practices.
* Maintain facility equipment in accordance with department policies and procedures and manufacturers’ recommendations to ensure safe operating conditions. Perform electrical safety inspection on new equipment and tag appropriately.
* Follow department procedures and take appropriate precautions to maintain employee and patient safety during work activities.
* Consult with department management in advance of performing any maintenance tasks that could disrupt the provision of service to patients.

* Up to 75 pounds
