Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$12.00 per hour** JOB SUMMARY : The Laborer is responsible for performing general park and facilities maintenance and cleanup. This includes mowing, as well as custodial and athletic field maintenance. The position is also responsible for snow removal, routine tasks, and projects. LOCATION : Tony Bettenhausen Recreation Center, 8125 W. 171st Street, Tinley Park, Illinois QUALIFICATIONS : The qualified individual should be well motivated, possessing good decision making and leadership skills. Basic knowledge of hand tools and small machinery a plus. Must be willing to work in various weather conditions and pass pre-employment physical and drug screening. A maintained clean, valid Drivers License is required. SCHEDULING, PAY, and BENEFITS : This is a year-round, part-time position, averaging 10-20 hours/week. Various shifts available with weekend availability preferred. Pay rate is $12.00 per hour and qualifies for a complementary membership to the Fitness Center, White Water Canyon Water Park, Recreation Center, and Dog Park.
