International Paper is Hiring a Production Laborer -- Beaverton, OR Near Beaverton, OR
**Position Title:**
Production Laborer
Pay Rate:
$21.78/hour
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time
7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am
Monday-Friday
The Job You Will Perform:
Follow print requisitions to stack bundles weighing between 10 to 50 pounds on pallets
Utilize a vacuum lift system to transfer the heavier bales from the discharge conveyor to the pallets
Secure bundles by wrapping them with Kraft paper, tape, and strapping machines
Occasionally operate a manual pallet jack
Sort and lift pallets as required
Operate up to 5 machine lines per shift for baling
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and organization
Complete any other assigned tasks

Demonstrate flexibility to work day shift, swing shift, and graveyard shift
Be available to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime as needed
Adhere to the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and safety steel-toed shoes
