ImpactKare is excited to announce a job opportunity with one of our Primary Care partners in Arvada. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join their patient care team.

We are looking for a professional, competent, and compassionate individual who is attentive to patient needs and understands the importance of exceptional customer service. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working with the public, you can make a significant impact on our partner's practice.

Typical work schedule:

• Full-time position requiring availability for an 8-hour shift between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, and Saturdays between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office or a Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate is highly preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Bilingual - Spanish Highly Preferred

Daily Duties:

• Greeting patients warmly
• Answering phones politely
• Taking detailed phone messages
• Collecting patient information
• Scheduling appointments
• Various other clerical duties
