As a Registered Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Work with a team of physicians, LPNs, CNAs and aides to deliver quality patient care
• Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor
• Assist nursing staff in carrying out patient’s plan of care

A few must-haves for Registered Nurses:

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program and active RN license in North Dakota
• CPR certification 
• Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills and compassion
